While British Comedian Russell Brand was super mean to the Jonas Brothers last year at the MTV VMA’s awards show he has been invited back to host the event again this year!
Nick, Joe and Kevin have every right to be upset about the jokes Russell made about their purity rings during the last awards show but apparently they don’t mind at all! They are glad that Russell sees them as “gentleman” and are ready to take on any jokes he throws their way this year as well.
Nick told the BBC: “If we’re the butt of his jokes, it’s kind of a compliment in a bizarre way. He has form and ultimately he does a great job. We hope he has a good time this year.”

The MTV VMA’s are set to air on the MTV television channel on September 13th and one of our favorite artists, Taylor Swift, is set to perform!
